EVANGELOS TZIMIKAS

Evangelos was born in Stuttgart in August ’72. At the age of five years he began to study music. From very early age on his heart was beating for fine arts, so after finishing school he took up studies at the Fine Arts section of the university of Thessaloniki in Greece. Immediately, he became a member of the university’s drama group, where he made first contact with hair & make-up, taking up responsibility for the looks at the drama classes‘ performances.
After completing his studies, Evangelos was all sure that being a hair & make-up artist was the most promising, exciting and fulfilling future he could imagine.
To quote Evangelos: „That’s all I wanted to do, and still it is. My over 25 years lasting trip was full of experiences and I learned and still learn a lot.
I became a citizen of the world, as travelling is a great part of my daily life. I have lived in Athens, New York and Paris before I moved to Munich, where I found my home base years ago. I very much feel at home not only in Munich, but also in my profession. After all those years, I still feel the same motivation, passion and love for my job. If I was born again, I would do exactly the same.“
